I would give them zero stars if I could. I was in India in August, purchased two paintings for $3,100. I was assured that shipping would be no problem and that they would arrive by the time I arrived back in the States. No paintings. II messaged to ask about them and it turns out he had not even shipped them yet. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PAINTINGS. After back and forth with FedEx and with Shekhar Jhamb at Creativity Art Gallery, I disputed the charge on my credit card. He knew I did not receive the paintings and he refused to refund my money saying I had signed for the EMPTY TUBE. I am SOOOO DISAPPOINTED that this is how they treat clientele. Still working through it with the credit card. My friends from India had warned me, but it seemed like a reputable gallery and Shekhar Jhamb seemed trustworthy and reliable. BIG MISTAKE.
