Pacific Aquarium and pets (puppys,persian cats Aquariums)

I bought a Cokatail from them under pressure of my kids. I paid about 1000 more than other places. Within a day we found that it had a leg broken and it was suffering from respiratory disease. Avoid buying from here.. the pets are not healthy and they are not kept clean and hygienically.

I've been buying fishes and items related to aquarium from them for quite some time now, it's been a great experience. They explain and help you make an informed decision. Very very reasonable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Not a good store they sell week animals no proper response after selling I have purchased a kitten last 10 days they said it is 2 months old but the kitten is not even 45 days old
When I ask him he gives me some or the other suggestions.
With in 10 days I have been 4 times to veterinary hospital....

I really had very horrible experience......
I purchased a Persian cat after taking it to my residence i found out that my mother is allergic to cats and she got ringworms all over her hands. I brought it at 5:30 apparently and within 2 hours i went to return it. At first the owner was not taking it back after explaining him the situation he agreed to take the cat but he would give me 1000 rupees less. I agreed because i was at fault and i even brought cat food from the store which he insisted me to buy loose 1kg when i told him to give that 400 back he said he would give only 300, when i asked him the reason for same he said that's how business work. He said me to take money on next Monday and i agreed. When i called him on Monday he said that the cat is not yet sold so i can't give you your money. I said him that was not the deal we made he told me he would give my money on Monday, it was not my concern whether the cat is sold or not. He rudely told me to come and check in the shop and hung up phone. When i went to the shop the cat was sold and he was not present at that point so i waited for him. When he came i asked him my money he started behaving rudely and told me to come again after 24 hours. When i went the other day he said that he is very far from his shop and he would transfer me my money at night. When i called him on night he said me to come and take my money, by the way i live 10km away from his shop and he is said if you want your money come and take. So i told my friend who lives nearby to go and collect my money from him, when my friend went to his shop he gave him only the cats payment and refused to give the money of food saying that the food was not good which i brought from his store
Please think twice before buying from this store he is very cunning and greedy owner

This is not your competitor this is a customer who experienced horrible customer service from you

My friend bought a cat from Pacific agqurium and pets 10 days back every alternate day he is going to vetirinary hospital no proper response from owner
They have sold a dull diseased cat person who works there his name is javeed he said cat is 1 month old but owner is saying cat is 2 months old and can be without mother owner is a lier plz be careful before purchasing anything from here...
