Ashoka Fish Aquarium Shop

They are insane. They don't give proper care and food to the animals. They treat them like a product or a good to be sold.
Also I would like to tell you all that they print their own prices on the pet products. So always check the price of the product before buying from them.
I remember buying my pet's food that costed 300/- on MRP and the price they quoted was 550/- and that's pathetic.
Better not to buy anything from this shop.
They are BIG CHEATERS.

We had ordered a Conical neck collar few days back as our pup was suffering from a skin infection. These guys delivered us something else. Since we're new to owning a pet we couldn't guess it from the packaging. We confirmed ten times that if the package contains what we actually asked for and they said yes. Of course it didn't. Ever since then my wife's been calling them and asking for replacement. The lady has stopped picking up or responding to texts. Few days later when i called from a different number they picked up and ridiculed me, saying that she's been responding to us and she'd get it replaced when she wants, and cut the call on my face.

My recommendation - These guys are certainly not reliable. Even in their showroom, especially if you're new, they'd tell you whatever price they want. You visit them two days simultaneously and they might quote you 300 for something they quoted 200 just the previous day - of course if they don't recall your face.

These guys are fraud, kindly do not buy any products from them. They are also dealers in amazon. Where they show a diffrent picture and send you some cheap product. Today i have launched a complaint to amazon regarding the same issue. They assured me that these guys will be black listed ASAP. Kindly beware in Amazon or any other app if u find this dealer.. pls do not order or purchase from this frauds.

Thanks to amazon they refunded me the amount on behalf of this fraud dealer.

Worst aquarium shop I have ever come across. Totally unprofessional. They sell the fish and then if something happens they never pick up the phone. I got the service done and bought two pair of shark fish. Within one day all my fish, new and old died. I called and the lady said that she will send someone. After that she stopped picking my phone. In the mean time small insects started crawling in my aquarium and she was not reachable. I had to call someone else to get it cleaned. Do not buy any pet from them.

These guys are there just for money and are least bothered about customer satisfaction. In fact they don’t even have an idea as to what is customer satisfaction.
On 30th May, I ordered Pedigree 15 Kgs pack for my pet. Since I had some pedigree left from the previous pack, the new pack was opened on 2nd June. Upon opening it was found infected.
On asking for replacement first the lady who manages business at this customer ignorant outlet tried to avoid & upon repeated calling said that I will have to pay for the new pack as well. When asked to replace she denied in spite of the fact that I have been ordering from Ashoka since last many years.
She was least bothered to loose a loyal customer & I had to purchase a fresh product from some other outlet.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FROM ASHOKA FISH AQUARIUM AS THEY DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERS AND ARE OPERATING ONLY FOR MONEY.

Their shop is now in vaishali sector 4. They are highly unprofessional. The owner will never pick your call when you will you buy something from them. Sells defective products of high price. Never ever buy anything from them

Pathetic service. Poorly fabricated aquarium with rough edges. Highly unprofessional and rude. Completed the installation after 10 days of scheduled date after multiple follow ups and visits. Never going there again

Terrible experience, they have opened shop for cheating customers. After purchase of product, they are not able to provide complete articles and fishes. They keep on promising on daily basis but failed to fulfill even after 1 month of purchase. Never pay money to them in advance. Worst experience, feeling looted.
