Bought a cat 😺 food from there an food was Soggie my cat didn't eat it , so went to ask him food was soggie , he saw that food isn't good to eat he said thats not our fault

My Flowehorn was not keeping well since last 1 month and have contacted many aquarium shops but dint find a genuine response.
