This place comes in one of the posh place in lokhandwala area. It is widely spread from lokhandwala circle to the Mahindra company. It is easily accessible and there are plenty of shops and banks nearby it.

Housing Society located in Kandivali East is beautiful having recreational club, swimming pool, and play area. Rest all is just like any other housing Society. Yes there is Ample of parking as it has 5 wings all together.

Amenities are great , society is well maintained but they’ve turned a residential setting into a noisy zoo. Wouldn’t recommend this people who need peace when they’re home. It’s great for retired people who have a lot of free time on their hands or kids. But if you’re someone who has a hectic schedule, demands peace at home or is mostly working or studying at home , it’s a very non ideal place for you. They host too many events with excruciating loud music , on weekends they conduct all day long tournaments where participants cheer v loudly, no regards for the peace of other residents whatsoever. 4-5 events are conducted once a month. Besides that they house so many wild and terribly infected dogs who bark and chase random people , causing threat for rabies.
