The apartments gives a grand look and it sure gives you a feeling of owning a house there, but it's not that easy to own for a middle class, if you have the money to own it then it would be a good investment, it is situated in a developing place where it would be a good place to live in another 5 years.

Excellent infrastructure and Its a eye catching view from the top floor.
It's the only 19 storey residential building in Radial road.
It has 4 blocks with 3 basement parking.
Ample space for visitor parking and overwhelming view at night with lights too.
It's a luxury and more than affordable segment where the Sobha itself has its unique construction quality and very fine output in finishing.

The Clubhouse was so well executed with indoor badminton court and table tennis with Gym. Also have party hall to conduct event and meetings.

Very well landscaped gazebo and swimming pool with toddler pool.

Great Community with international amenities in a great location of South Chennai

The apartment is awesome but they have really bad marketing team. We had very bad experience during our visit, no one was available to receive/navigate us from the gate. The marketing office is in 1 floor but there was no indication inside the building that made us struggle more.Also the person explained the project was extremely lazy and didn’t explain anything about construction quality, price breakup. 4BHK costing 2.6C .2.5BHK costing is 1.4C. Although we were interested to discuss more the sales man didn’t interact much that left us with no further questions!!

A well maintained property in thoraipakkam-pallavaram road (chennai).
If u can afford it, try checking this place out to rent an apartment or to buy one..

Looking at the surround area, and way it has been maintained, for a moment I felt that we were not India at all. The place is so beautifully maintained with a lot of lush and greenary all around. Would make a awesome late evening walking spot for the residence. The apartments are also spacious unlike others which are in comparison a pigeon holes.

The apartment is really good but the people who work there and the security are worst, the ask u to go outside and park the car even if there is ample space to park!
