Sight is good , but sales person are BHAI log. In begining during booking they treated us as their family member like ' Muze apna bhai samzo' . But after booking because of certain circumtainces and lockdown disbursment was delayed at that time they started harrasing and torturing for money after lockdown.and we demand for modification because we paying so its our right to demand ,at that time they said 'Sir apka ghar hai, disbursment to lelo badme sab hoga jaisa apko chahiye' , but after disbursment they (they means perticularly that sales person 'BHAI' )started avoiding us. We ask for modification at that time they are telling us 'Ab nahi hoga jo karana hai wo karo ' like typical BHAI.and during meet ready to fight with us with bamboo stick .
We are very much disappointed and regrating now for buying a flat from such a wonderful sight selled by Bhai...I am not seen such Rude and Egoestic staff ever ..I am giving ZERO rating for this ..

I was looking for a property to invest and I found this place. It is about 3 km from Palghar station east and behind St. John engineering college. This property is well made and also is an amazing investment opportunity for future.

One of the most disrespectful and non professional team. They don't even bother to clear queries of customers and for any details the only answer you get is, first pay the down payment and then we will give you all details. They took 5000/- in cash and not even bother to return. They say they are not small timers, but the way they run the business is horrifying and very unprofessional.
Especially their staff Mr. Hareesh Srivastav, he has forced us to pay 5000/- and when we had some queries he forced us to pay the downpayment. Until then he was not ready to give us clarity on our queries. His all commitments and talks have been a bluff.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET TRAPPED TO SUCH WOLFS
