Wow... Great township with spacious flats along with Lord Ganesha temple( Only temple in the entire Mihan area), swiming pool, fully equipped Gym, club house, Beautiful garden with walking track, children's play room, basketball lawn, 24x7 power supply with backup and many more...

Look wise from outside it's great , mandir small club house with swimming pool and a basketball ground. I have heard flats are around 40lakhs. It's near bloomdale and AIIMS hospital plus iim Nagpur has opened newly. Great location but when I have noticed on rainy season lights goes first in this society then bloomdale.

Security is 24×7 and entire building is under CCTV but rating for this is 3/5. Project has good amenities. Project has a huge podium with ample car parking space. Quality is average but flats are very spacious. Construction Quality is average. Moraj has basic amenities of Nagpur's first VeggieFridge Smart Milk KIOSK with 24*7 availability. Currently more than 75% flats are empty. For family and newly Wed couples it is good. In front of MORAJ there is AIIMS NAGPUR and DPS MIHAN, and there is one another school DYPatil, SBI is only 1km far from here, Metro is 2.5 KM. City bus service is also available after one hour interval. So overall good choice. My rating is 4/5.
