The flats are really spacious but the location is very poor. Too many rules for tenants. Can't wait to move out.

The Road that leads to lokhandwala Frm Evershine cosmic is open now

I went to see this building yesterday and found out that it is Illegally built. I don't know what the authorities are doing.

Good builing but surrounded by slum.. Pathetic road, construction work and bachelors

Approach road to the property is blocked. You’ll have no place to park your car if you are visiting. The property isn’t in the best neighbourhood and wouldn’t recommend parking it on the road (i.e if you manage to find a spot).
The security team at the entrance was not helpful although it’s probably not their fault. Definitely shows poor management.
Heads up to the newbies moving to Mumbai. Please visit the place before you sign your rental agreement so you know what you are getting into.

Society with leaving Rich fools they don't have unity every thing happened blame security person treet like security are there slaves . Rules and regulations only for tanents . society members are like kings no rules for them accept society members rules applicable for all other owners and rent people , society entrance are bad because builder make gate in Muslim slum area and crowded place . basement is in bad condition , building upper area is under construction or not built ,

Such a bad society and committee people are so rude

It's building have big room and big space for parking and etc all about nice ...
