Beautifully constructed apartments with swimming pool and other amenities. BMTC bus stop right in front of the apartment. Good connectivity from the main roads like the National highway - 4 and the state highway connecting Hoskote with Malur. Plenty good schools nearby makes it an ideal and peaceful location.

Beautiful and peaceful place!

Safety issues- Person review which I say -- one of customer brought new flat he left his car went to home town. Today I went alone with him to see the flat.. Car mirror was broken no security person say this.. Car was in lock conditions definitely there should be security alarm⏰ but serious🤔 wondering how no one noticed this... In terms of safety it's an huge risk!!!

Never ever fall in trap of this builder. First house with lot of efforts we had purchased with dream of having a peaceful life but unfortunately that is not the case with this builder. KHATA transfer is not being done. Residents are being troubled/threatened by rowdies living within the society.

one of my colleague brought new flat - more then 3 moth over he was facing lot of issue , complete bed room having seepage issue on all wall, no proper maintenance , no proper security - worst part is that facing issues with rat --serious man it was the first property he bought --fed up with this issues- since no negative rating I'm putting one
