PFA Ghaziabad has always responded to my calls. They had offered to send a doctor when one of our indie street dogs was in a bad shape. And today they send an ambulance to pick up an accident victim in my area. Very timely help indeed. This is my first stop for all the street dog needs. Surbhi has especially been very helpful. Thanks a ton. And keep up the good work. Need more people like them.

They all are doing very good business and earning like a successful business... no value for poor innocent animal..
I just ask for to help street injured puppy... surbhi rawat request to pay 5000 rupee

They are doing business in the name of NGO, Surbhi Rawat asked for money for the treatment of animals, this NGO should be closed asap.

PFA does not exist anymore in ghaziabad. I tried to call one of the the person who works for stray dogs. She gave me another number of local resident. I had called for a stray dog who has a miserable condition due to wound on neck. However struggling for more than an hour i was given assurance i will get informed once the dog is rescued.

I had a word with one of your staff i told her to rescue one pet dog which is abondoned by his family and leaving in the street road.. I told her to rescue the pet but they did not.

Dog is still leaving at one one place he is so depressed i gave some food but pet refused to eat

THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE TODAY I CALL AND NO ONE PICK MY CALL THE DOG GET AN VERY BIG INJURY IN HIS HEAD I THINK THIS DOG WAS DEAD IN APROX 2 TO 3 DAYY

As per the reviews i went ahead to communicate with PFA,sadly no reply to my chat & then i called at the given number the calls was never picked again tried with posting a message no reply till date also multiple times i called on their no. no one picked my call
This is my experience

Have been trying to contact them from past 2 days, they don’t even pick calls and more over cut your calls straight away. Don’t know how to trust such NGO for taking a injured stray to them if they can’t even pick call and cut your calls. It feels like they have opened the NGO just for name sake
