Very good doctor and nurses. Especially Ravindran doctor. Hats off for your commitment in your duty....
Pls take your pets as early as possible. Noon time it's little crowded.

Doctors are polite and helpful. Medicines and tests are affordable.

But the hospital needs more. Staff are not enough for so many patients. we have to wait for long durations. They should atleast have some more chairs for people.

The formalities are confusing to understand and this wastes our time.
For example, we are asked to get an op chit. But we have to find out from where. These kind of things are confusing. And there will be no staff to ask as all are busy.

It would be great if they can provide appointments over phone like private hospitals. This will save our time. Also, labs are open only till 3. It would be good if we can get to know such things over the phone itself.

Good and nice treatment from this hospital for my Dog I am fully satisfied

It's so bad experience by visiting this hospital . while i first visited there with my 2 kitten,the lady doctor sethulakshmi over there said me to don't take my kitten to doctor room and I should keep them outside ..not evn checked the disease properly ..just prescribing antibiotics with our verbal response.i said my other one not responding .she didn't evn looked at them..one I lost on the day itself ..
Without proper checking the diagnosis they killed my second one in 1 WK .
Irritating staffs at consulting room.evn it's emergency they will make us to stand with medicines evn for long time .

I vil never recommend this hospital to anyone evn it's emergency .such an arrogant and unsupportive staffing.

Only veterinary hospital in kottayam town.. it's near pallipurathukaavu temple. Entrance to the hospital is the side pocket road to right after the temple .. My dog is has regular checkup there . All the vaccinations are done properly.. have to wait a while for treatment but it's done properly..

The worst hospital ever. I beg you to not take your pets to this hospital. I had a terrible experience with this hospital. My pet had a chronic vomiting and I consulted the doctors they gave some usual medicines without checking properly. And after treating almost 4 months when my pet's condition is not got better they told us to consult doctor Ravindran in changanacherry vetinary clinic . We went there but it was not so easy for us, like a middle class family to take our pet, with an auto charge of 1200/- every day . But we did our best we treated our per there for 2 months and his condition got better . But one sudden day when we thought he is cured he got a panic attack and we took him to kottayam hospital and they were like oh is this the same dog whose issue wasn't recognised. He said he can't do anything my pet's condition was worst and he died . It's all because of this kottayam hospital's dr. There is no proper scanning/ x-ray machines and the doctors are so careless if it's your pet . In case of dcow or goat and all they will give an attention.

Pretty busy place but very well reputed and experienced docs. Open on Sundays as well - though I would advice against it.

Very good Doctors and staff. Facilities are un comparable. Altogether it's a trustworthy hospital.
