Very bad experience with Dtdc imphal. Why should the customer come and collect from the office which is located like 10 kms away from my house. When asked for the deliverey,they simple responded come and collect! What if someone has to come from say like 20 - kms30 away?! What is the use of choosing private Dtdc then?! Fix this,im sure many people are facing this issues.

I went there because they haven't delivered for more than a week citing rediculous reasons. You will see a mess of parcel piling around, without any shortings or in-order. These things adversely affect time sensitive orders badly.

Very bad service. It's been 25 days that I sent my package and still it's not deliver yet and there number is working so can't even call them... Can some please give me a number to call them.

I don't know if there's no delivery service in dtdc Airport branch, the front desk person has always replied as staff shortage.

Extremely poor service are provided to customers. DTDC promises to delivery every item to the door step but this one is amazing. They will ring your number and ask you to pick up your consignment from their office.

Dtdc shorting office... Main office and hub where the goods are unload first at Imphal or from Imphal... Just opps of the airport gate... Easy parking. You have to enter thru the gate and small entrance... Won't missed the spot...
