This museum provides very good information about various aircraft and helicopters. Old rare photographs of various events are displayed and are arranged in chronological order. Model of various aircraft are on display. It has small place for childrens. A small shop to buy aircraft model for decoration purpose. A must visit place.

Established on 23 December 1940, HAL is one of the oldest and largest aerospace and defence manufacturers in the world today. Come here to see the history of air defence in India. Many decommissioned aircrafts are being displayed here. Must visit place in Bangalore.

This was actually the previous international airport of Bengaluru before KIA was commissioned, but now it has been transferred by AAI to HAL and usually prototypes of HAL are tested here and also used by VIP/Business people to board private/chartered flights, however there is no commercial flights running from/to this airline, there is also maintenance hangars and also helipad and also this airport also is open 24x7 for any kind of emergencies on commercial flights

Even though I'm from Bangalore, I didn't know this airport remain closed since 2007. Everytime any of my friends leave through Airlines, I was wondering why they always board at Devanahalli Airport. I've memory of this airport back in 1998 where I've been just for a visit along with parents. It's really sad to know this airport no longer used for any aeroplanes after several years of shutdown.
