Third class service. All my 3 bags misplaced by the airline and they don't answer the phone nor reply to any email. Pathetic to say the least. I wish there was an option to give negative star rating. They don't even deserve 1 star .

Horrible experience. The lady who was helping people checking in was very rude. She yelled at my parents for no reason @ lady if you don't like your job or you have any personal problems, please don't take your anger out over innocent people. Please don't spoil their mood.

Worst than worst customer service. I wish I could give them negative ratings. 😕

Girl at the checkin was extremely rude , asked for way more amount to add extra baggage from which the airline has mentioned on website . Had to pay almost double amount to add the baggage. Her behavior was extremely rude and was yelling at the passengers. At least try to give a nice service and show some respect (especially for old people)who are choosing your airline. Will never choose this airline in future and i recommend everyone not use their airline ever. Very very disappointing. If there is a choice of negative star rating i would have given that.

Very poor customer service. The lady at the desk helping for checkin needs to learn her job( at night shift November 9, 2022). She has no right to yell at people getting service from their airline. Would have given negative rating if possible.

Absolute Worst Experience
I flew on AC9352 from YEG-DEL on 9 JAN 2023. Paid $100.00 extra for the 2nd luggage, my bag didn't arrive, so I filed a report on arrival at DEL airport. Have been calling the Airline CS every single day and even went on the live chat. If it was permissible I would love to attach my chat which was abruptly ended when I started asking the questions and wanted to kow why non of the phone numbers provided does not work. It's now 12 January 2023 and I have no bag, no update from Lufthansa, no spare clothes, no prescription medication, and a trip in tatters. This is not what we expect from a major European carrier. Please send my bag. I’ll charge 0$ for this investigation, while my claim of course will be a different story.

Horrible travel experience… extremely rude staff… i could see people carrying heavy sacks as carry on bags, but the lady at my checkin counter told me i couldnt carry a few documents in my laptop bag and that laptop bag is only for laptop and accessories … made me shuffle the contents in my bag three times! @Lady who i dont recall the name of: if you have personal problems, please dont take it out on customers! the only kind person who was super helpful was Mr Asit Kumar who went an extra mile to help me with my concerns..

They never update you for any requirement or changes other flights are way better atleast they update and make changes automatically if needed without any hassle.
