Not really sure if this company deserves a 1 star rating as well
I've booked my flight and 1 day before the journey, they call me and say the flight is cancelled due to technical issues but they really dont know what their issues are.

they give an option to reschedule the same flight to the next day
again they give a call 1 day before and now they come up with a story saying the flight is delayed again and the option I've is either to take a connecting flight which is at an 15 hour layover or cancel the flight for which they will only refund partial amount as we booked via agent and rest all is agent problem.

they dont give any response and all answer they have is according to their customer policies, they cant reveal any details as to why the flights are cancelled

and even money is not refunded so far.. had to keep on following up for the money

Pathetic service and Never ever book this airline. they give bookings in advance at lower price but a week before travel date they send you a message that flight has been cancelled. I paid 20k extra for my return ravel because of goair.

Never opt for GoAir. They don't only reschedule flights just before 48 hours, but also they will convert your ticket from a direct flight to a single stop flight along with some inconvenient time. You will left with option to either choose their indirect flight or pay much extra to book in another carrier. I heard similar things happened with other people as well. And it looks like it is a common practice for GoAir.

Worst ever..they rescheduled my flight for two times then canceled it .over that,I had to request for the refund.then a mail says it will take 28 to 45 days to refund.what I figured out from the other reviews that,they have very few legit flights,which actually make up to fly.rest are just to earn 2000 rs processing charge per passenger whom they never serve.seeking attention of the authorities to check on this.if even one fake flight is canceled, around 200×2000 rs is earned by the airlines without even giving any service.the flight practically never flies but go air earns that amount.everyday around ten flights,monthly 60 to 70 are canceled. Think about the amount they are taking out from the customers pockets whom they never serve.they never practically explain what is a processing charge when the ticket is never processed to the journey.the money becomes white ,becomes salary of the employees,JAAGO JANTA..

The people who work at Go Air used to work in railway station platforms as coolies. They had a major turn in their lives and they are now all working for an airline. However, their mentality has not improved to airplane standards.

They are better suited to begging on the streets. Hope life puts them back where they belong. Because if they don't they will keep rescheduling flights for "operational" reasons and ruin people's holidays.

Please do not ever book your flight with Go Air. They rescheduled our flight multiple time, then cancelled it. Now I am trying to cancel that booking on their website, the website has so many glitches. I am on wait on their customer call for literally 27 mins. Unbelievable they are being so horrible at service in this age and era of competition

Oh GoAir! Last month you preponed my flight from a comfortable 9am to a painful 5am. And today, I see you cancelled my flight with less than a day's notice!!
Your customer service executives are rude and spoke to me as if they did a favour returning me my money back.
Horrible airline. Unprofessional. Absolutely unreliable!!
I will never book a flight with you ever again, even if others are expensive.
In this tough space of Airline industry, your days seem numbered. Go GoAir, go away.
