I will not recommend this airline. My overall experience with GoAir is pathetic. I booked my flight at a convenient time keeping a gap from my international flight from Delhi to Kolkata . But GoAir rescheduled my flight multiple times within a month of my booking and left me no choice but to take a inconvenient morning 5 Am flight.
On top of that I asked for Fragile tags at baggage counter, which they didn’t attach with my baggage and eventually I got my luggage with damaged items.
This is the last time I took this pathetic airline service and will not recommend anyone to take their service.

Worst experience. Booked direct flight to Maldives by paying more money, they converted it to one stop, came to know later that it is very common practice for them. If you want pleasant experience, do not book Go air. Pathetic service.

I am travelling almost every month and taken go first twice and it was a pathetic experience both the times. It got delayed more than 2 hours both the ways. Would be happy to give more money to other airlines but no chance to travel with Go First ever now.

I won’t recommend this airline to anyone. My overall experience with GoAir is pathetic. I booked my flight at a convenient time keeping a gap of 2-3 hours for my next flight but a day prior to the departure GoAir rescheduled my flight multiple times and left me no choice but to take an inconvenient morning 1 Am flight.

This is the first and the last time that I chose this pathetic airline service and will not recommend anyone to take their service.

It was pathetic experience with go air flight ,they keep on delaying flight. The original flight timing was 6:30pm, got delayed to 8:00pm then 9:20pm and finally 10:20pm. Hope this is the last delay. And when asked for rescheduling , they are rescheduling it after 4 days, how can a person travel after 4 days and other than that there is no complementary meal added for passengers even after this much delays.
The person who has come from other city to delhi to board flight has neither provided with in flight meal nor complimentary lounge access.
Never ever book this flight, pay 500 more and book some other airlines flight.

My booking was from Mumbai to Delhi via Ahmedabad. It was a connecting flight which was delayed around 1 hour from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. The transit time in Ahmedabad was less than an hour. So I was petrified throughout my journey as I didn't want to miss my flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi. Thankfully me and my co passengers travelling from Mumbai to Delhi were able to board the flight from Ahmedabad as it was also delayed. But this information was not provided to us therefore we were panicking all along. This is not even the worst part that happened, I was actually amazed by the sheer negligence and incompetence offered by go first as they forgot to load my luggage from ahemdabad. So me and along with my co-passengers were extremely worried because we couldn't find our luggage in Delhi, Only to know that they forgot to load it from Ahmedabad. We did get the luggage in the end as it was sent via a different flight after 5 hours.!!! My most pathetic experience with this airline. Such a chaotic and mismanaged airline I've ever travelled in. As I elaborated before, the level of mismanagement is actually surprising because the gate was changed thrice which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. G8 364/718 was the flight i travelled in on 28th December 22.
Thank you for opening my eyes I will definitely not repeat this again, won't ever be travelling in this airline.

Pathetic experience with go first. This is the first time iam flying with go first and it cannot be anymore worse . I was checked in and waiting for my baggage to be checked in . I stood in the queue for 1.5 hours prior my departure timing but these scammers did not check in my baggage for their personal benefit. I was flying due a family emergency but i was not allowed to board as they were forcing to take the next flight and charge me for an extra amount of 4k. Being a student i am not able to pay and it left me with no choice but to sit and cry at the airport. Never book with these scammers. They just want to steal your money . Moreover these people are not all ashamed for this they were abusive with the services and rude to the utmost.
Never ever book with these people they are just sitting to steal your money. Worst experience ever.

Very poor experience both the time my flight got delayed for almost 3 to 4 hrs. missed important meetings because of no prior informations were shared from the airlines team about their faults/ delays. Staffs zero stars
