Horrible service. Service agent at Vadodara didn't visit even after 7 days. Complain to company employee was futile. Why do you sell products you are not interested in servicing? Better to stay away from their product line.

Worst service ever,
In just one month the AC not working well,even after so many call and complain in blue star head office no one come to attend the problem and very bad behaviour of service attendance.
I think Blue Star is not mean in after sale service and they don't want to maintain a customer.
