RR COOLING POINT

Through one reference I had purchased four AC`s from this dealer. His installations were not up to the mark. The AC`s were installed in the month of September 11, for free servicing he had sent the mechanics who were perhaps handling the job first time. Now one of my AC`s have developed some defect. He is not responding to the request. I had to contact some other dealer.

excluding installation and delivery charges.

They "try"to act like an organised company but fail miserably. Even After reminding them numerous times they will ask for your no. And address all over again but wont do the actual job. No response from technician, and the owner has no idea about anything, he doesnt know where his tech ppl are neither does he have any idea about confirmed appointments. All in all its a total waste of time.

I am satisfied with the service provided by "RR Cooling Point, Kanpur". I called them for general AC service and maintenance of my Blue Star AC. There was a very good response from them, The engineer who came for service was very professional and complete the work clearly. I am happy with their service.

first time they came soon. Once the payment was made and AC stopped working after few days there was no response from their side despite 6 months warranty. Please avoid them at all cost.

This is the most un-professional I have seen from any company.
The guy named Ayan Ansari came to fix AC coupe of months back.
The same problem re-appeared after couple of weeks.
We have been calling him since a month almost, either he doesn't pick up the call or makes some or the other weird excuse.
