ICAR-KVK, Thirupathisaram, Kanyakumari

One of the earliest agricultural schools for young farmer’s children who are interested a career in agriculture. Later developed into a Farm/Agricultural Reasearch center. Now both ICAR and TamilNadu Agricultural University are running this facility.
They extend free service/support to farmers and others on specific problems is faced in Agriculture. Commendable service!

People work there only to improve their own biodata, dissemination of technology to farmers are not even secondary.

A place of knowledge. The staffs are very helpful in guiding through for problems. They offer advice and teach agricultural techniques. One can confidently approach there with queries regarding agriculture.
