Store is good with range of jackets and gears with I think a small cafe.

Very limited mesh gloves available and ones available didn't seem to have the size. Salesperson who was the cafe incharge assisted me instead of the merchandise specialist.

Although I bought just a glove everything seems to be sold at MRP and not a word on discount on the other products enquired.

Billing itself took ages. What I didn't like was information required to make a purchase bill. Must provide address and email address over the usual name and phone number. Seems like profiling to sell customer data. Despite collecting all the details I wasn't given a printed/written bill or sent via email despite being promised.

Products are good and they have wide range of products.. But packing of riding jacket was not good. Spending 9k and got the product in plastic wrap.

Best shop for Adventurers, Trekkers, camping people and bike riders... Wide range of imported products... Staffs are very helpful...

I visited to buy two product but brought four product by seeing the multiple products available in the showroom...

I wanted to get a real experience. And bought rynox jacket and track. But in both the legs, stitchings were missing. I trusted and brought to home the heavy thing without any check. Then i had to call take the track to them. Earlier they said within a day it will be serviced. But they took 2 weeks to service after so many calls and request. They put this track to some tailer it was kept like that. I dont and i see damage in the track. Now no one will take responsibility. Whom I have to check. Now I feel better go with online after experiencing. Added the photos

Looks like they have wide variety of items.I was looking for Rynox expedition saddle bag unfortunately I couldn't find anywhere (Karnataka,Andra Pradesh, Telangana).When I contacted the owner I got to know that they had it in stock.Owner was very polite and I got my bag in 2 days(Coimbatore to Karnataka).Thanks you so much for the quick response and delivery of the product.I would really suggest everyone who is near Coimbatore to visit this shop or if you are from other place please do contact them,they will definitely ship your product to home.
