A well maintained resort in the middle of coconut country. Rooms are aesthetically furnished. Godavari river is just a stone's throw away. Has an excellent swimming pool. Food is delicious. Nature lovers will love this place.

Nice place for weekend with family. Pond villa is excellent. Less activities available. Good swimming pool. Nice boad ride over Godavari river with music and dance floor.

Resort needs more publicity as it is in outskirts. Go in large groups to enjoy the nature at its fullest. Do visit the beach and light house. Minimum 48 hours stay recomended apart from to and fro time.

Situated in coconut grove,very pleasant quite n peaceful resort, especially their elevated outdoor dining area is excellent place over looking the Godavari backwaters,,but lack of proper maintenance spoil the sport,I observed during buffet breakfast their water dispenser was in green colour with plaque inside when asked about they rushed and changed, not a place for good food,,a good swimming pool but they have an strange policy of not providing any towels we were four people n were given only two towels per day same to be used for pool.if u ignore this rest is fine..also their boating option in backwaters (Rs350 perhead)is excellent.

Worst experience. The manager doesn't respect the guests at all and he is very arrogant. He doesn't know how to talk to the customers and handle the customers. The rooms are worst and the bathroom water is also worst. The balconies are full of flies and they don't even gave pest control light also. They even charging for the water bottles for the rooms. I deeply suggest not to go here. Please don't waste your money. And don't get it to the trap of swimming pool. It has lot of cut tiles where I got a deep cut while I was swimming and didn't get any response from the management.

Worst maintenance, bad food late service swimming pool is full of insects, not worth visiting, big rooms but not maintained they should invest on making up the resort and recruit sufficient staff and train them on hospitality

Google map landed me into a ditch. Worst navigation. We reached at totally wrong place. I had to spend 1 hour to reach resort by help. Very remotely placed. Worst connentivity by roads. First time a south indian restaurant offering south indian food, item wise, intead of thali. Food choice is very limited. But tasty. Place upkeeping is not good. Filthy smells every where. But nice place to visit if maintained properly.
I deeply suggest not to go here. Please don't waste your money. And don't get it to the trap of swimming pool. It has lot of cut tiles where I got a deep cut while I was swimming and didn't get any response from the management.
