Studied in Allahabad since class 11th till B.Sc. from ECC and then MBA from MONIRBA.Joined as DR ITI here in 1996.On promotion went to Fatehpur as ITO.Presently posted as ITO Kushinagar.

Income tax office is located just in front of opposite gate of famous Lord Hanuman Temple.

very bad experience, visited more than 10 times to get the correction made in PAN, they took application too but no correction so far, very unprofessional behavior

worst department , too lazy to work , i have given My pan card for surrender since 8 months but they do not process it .

It's an government office that's why the office is nice and well maintained but the staff.
What i say to you such a useless staff I am ever see, not all 2,3 staffs are very nice and humble and very polite and they answer very well and to any customer question..i went for an small PAN information that my aadhar card enroll with PAN or not but the room number employe 10 and 13 are such a dumb as waste.. only tell to do some unuseful thinks like call customer care number or mail and they never replied to us. In fact they tell to me to visit near income tax office for resolution but that room number 13 Employee Rahul Sharma - assistant director they can't help us out from my serious problem....really i not like to give this type of feedback but i am very tired for this....please friends share it and government please see that your employee's work..
