poor services. the staffs are continuously talking over mobile even customers are on ques. pathetic.

The bank employees behave like a RBI governor . They always busy with their work like surfing net/using mobile/gossip and will reply as we are disturbing them. I have worst experience with this branch for last 4 Years .

I am a very old customer of this bank. Slowly this bank has changed from manual to computerization. But service remained poor. Since August 2017 the Pass book Updating machine has gone out of order and till date it is not restored. Customers are not getting their passbook updated. Whenever, I talked with the Branch Manager, he is telling within 3 to 4 days it will be repaired or new machine will be installed. God know when this 3 to 4 days will come. I also requested him to change my pass book temporarily with the old type of pass book so that I can see the latest position of my account. Five months have elapsed but Bank is sitting tight without updating the pass book of several customers.

Almost everyday the ATM machine is out of network or service. If you're so lucky then only can avail the service.
