Worst service and bank manger and loan manager they cheated customers they are maintained loan brokers if you can apply through broker than you will get loan without worries you want to do own than loan manger didnt care you and they need a side profit sbi high authorities please take a action loan brokers stop corresoption

Very poorly managed branch. The staff members are very rude and lack basic courtesy towards customer. Disappointing to the core

An over crowded bank with efficient staff. Almost every banking solutions are dealt with.

Staff are cooperative. Ambiance is good.

Not much consumer friendly, a rich bank with poor staffs.

SBI Garden Reach Branch is -Worst service ..Bank employee towards customer is very bad, always miss behave With customer , even not respect senior citizen and Sick Person , or their relative who are coming on there behalf .. always confused them ,not help them and harassed them & do not co operate with them...!
SBI Management Must given a basic training to employee before joining to job. that how to help, Guide & Speak & provide Service to Customer. Management Must Take serious action against Bank employee who doing miss behave with customer .
