If I would have option I would have given negative star for this. The branch manager here so proudy,I will share my experience. MY mother , 88 years old, completely bed ridden is having pension account here. My wife went to submit her life certificate , duly authenticated by medical practitioner. One gentleman refused to collect the certificate, says first bring her..how can my mother go physically go there ?..he is so adamant, wont listen anything . For some help , my wife goes to branch manager, that lady manager says , she does not have time to listen anything regarding life certificate . Tell me now what we should do to this branch ? Is it a bank branch at all ? This is the worst ever branch we have ever seen.

I would have given them 0 star if I had option. Yesterday my parents went there and i was shocked when I get to know about the behaviour of the staff. Probably the assistant manager with the specs Who was showing eyes to my mother and more concerned about his aerriar and medical more than the customer service. They do not know how to treat ppl. Do not be so much proud of your salary man may be someone is earning more than you. My parents were basically mistreated and I'm out of station otherwise I would have given them left n right by going there. Every bank has 30 mins lunch time only for these ppl it's one n half hour. Guys do not entertain such ppl. Please raise voice against such unprofessional. I'm complaining on their complain id too. Working in a bank doesn't make you the president of India. It's your duty to give service to each customer nicely. It's not a dominoz or pizza Hut neither a place where you mistreat ppl n only discuss aerriar n medical. Govt is not paying you for that.
