Very poor service. Today I visit this branch for open an account. A third class staff said that, the form was finished. Today is not possible. Then I asked to operation manager. He replied, i can go with digital system. But the digital person will not come today. I have to come again another day.

Over all experience very bad. This is not expected from SBI .
