Union Bank ATM and Bank

I am satisfied with the quality of services provided by Union Bank. The services provided by Union bank is helpful and satisfactory. They are providing services which is better then other bank's branches in the area. I am satisfied with the quality of services provided by Union Bank. But here is improvement, they should make transparency of their services to make them better and second thing is the improvement of ATM services.

For Banking

All the staff is uneducated got job either by cheating or reservation quota.. Because none of them is willing to do work. I unfortunately have account in other branch but due to transfer in this district i have to access through this branch. I said them to do entries in my passbook but they totally refused and continued to do so for 1 year, they always have excuse that printer is not working. Recently staff got changed and a new person started to operate the table.. I thought that this new staff will cooperate with me but no.. He didn't even got knowledge about working but have a very good knowledge in excusing... If you have practice with SBI then you can test your patience here too... I will suggest that dont open your account in this bank.. Or atleast in this branch... THANKS 🙏
