One of the worst experience.. staff doesn't care about you..dont help and no intention of doing as well.. randomly helping the people they know instead of going in queue wise..nill knowledge of banking to them..cant help in proper way..the person who sits for exchanging atms is very rude and think that we are their slaves..he told to close your account on our face..

We are planning to close the account and shift to private banking because of the experience..

They should change their behaviour else this gonna turn just like BSNL.

Worst bank ever. Staff are very irresponsible, they don't even communicate properly. They cut off the calls before resolving the issue and even demands the acc holder to come according to their time when they are free.
