This ATM is only physically present. Have visited several times to activate new card but has never even been in operation (let alone cash availability) for about a month from mid of APR '18 to MAY'18. I don't know what is the problem & why no action is being taken to bring it into workable condition. Unfortunately, the same situation prevails in the other IOB ATM in Chandanagar also!

This ATM never works... Whenever we visited, it has same display of "temporarily out of service. Visit any other IOB ATM"
