If u call their branch instead of branch the automated system started to ask you what questions. Very irritating you need to go through all before contacting their officer. And no respect from staffs and bad behaviour compared to other banks.

If you want to start a business account you can't choose any name you like. They ask the meaning of your business name. Your company name will be send to their Bangalore office they verify and reject for bad unknown names. It's wired.
