Most of the time, I use this ATM . It also has an State Bank e-Lobby centre. Most of the time , I go to deposit cash only. Deposition of money works fine but the cash vending only disappoints me. It doesn't work all the time. It is out of order most of the time.

I Deposited 15,000 rupees and was not credited to my account. I didn't get the receipt. I approached the Bank Manager and had no proper response. I had to go up and down the bank for almost 6 months and till now didn't get the money. He also said CCTV cam recording cannot be shown. I lost 15,000 rupees to that bank. Worst experience ever.

Worst bank of all time, the bank manager is just useless with absolutely no product knowledge about chargebacks etc. and does not bother about anything. Only interested in taking very long lunch breaks and snack time breaks. I wonder what they eat for such a long time.

Even if loan is closed, EMI amount is demanded. Robber Bank. This Bank acts in consonance with the Government of India's policy of day light robbery of its citizens
