IndusInd Bank ATM

I’m writing this review assuming the Location is also same for Indusind bank branch Sector 70.
Usually we expect good customer service from private banks, but my experience has been somewhat different with this branch.
A branch’s reputation would be determined by actions of the branch manager. Upon visiting this branch, my first experience was really bad.
1. The branch manager was howling at his staff in front of customers and making them feel very low.
2. We had submitted a small request which hasn't been completed for more than 2 weeks now. Even after multiple follow ups the issue remains unresolved.

I hope this is addressed soon in future and we see a much better environment in this branch.

I did not had a good experience. Although location says indusind bank atm but it’s a branch with ATM. Environment in the branch is very noisy.
