Pathetic service . Staff doesnt know what to do ,they do everything incorrectly which result in delays. No responsible person in bank who can help. They dont even know how to open a savings account even

Worst staff recruited in ICICI branch at Ranjit Avenue. Don't provide help to a customer even after frequent visits . If customer opened his account on online portal then they are not ready to give/help the service. Very bad. Employees are earning their salary only without any work.

full of professional and idiot staff. Doesn't even know about various RTGS process. I asked for a RTGS 41 format. A lady from this branch almost put my 6-lacs in trouble. I asked her for RTGS of 6lacs in 41 format for Canada CIBC GIC payment to Standard Chartered Bank in Mumbai...but he was using her own mind and followed RTGS in 42 Format which would have put my money in trouble.

ICICI Financial Institute is a Fraud i opened up a FD account and chose not to auto renew but every time comes to maturity date they keep doing auto renew my money never available for me to withdraw is anyone how i can resolve this issue with them beside close account with them i am not in amritsar.
