Being a customer wanted to share my personal Experience
I Monalisa Das had a salary account in Hdfc bank which is converted to saving account.

I wanted to close my salary account. But they have so much target that they specifically Credit card Excutive-Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra
Do the following steps
1.They will open your Account
2.After that they will call you for Credit cards

I didn't applied any credit card but Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra applied creditcard whithout my awareness. Because they have so much target. I never wanted any credit card but he applied & ask my my netbanking password & he console me that he will generate the pin...its the procedure as I am new to credit card I shared.

Moral of the story is they will force you to have the card so that they can miss use it very well not now but between 1 to 2 year.
Because my brother Nandulal Das already faced this problem in the year 2016 and the reason is credit card.
And my decision is if in future I have to face any credit card or loan related or any financial loss the blame is in only
Credit Card Excutive Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra and HDFC Fruad Bank staffs.

Completely fruad staff & excutive .
And they applied many cards behalf of my name & changed the address.
Yesterday day I visited to bank they already erase some of my messages as proof. But I will strict action against them.
