Worst experience ever had
So I would like to tell each and every person who is looking for job plz don't go to this organisation because personal i had a very very bad experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank 2 floor commercial department.. So I was working this organization since last 1. 5 year my manager was torching me like a hell.. On floor there are male colleagues are not good they do the body shaming on me i complaint this to my male cheif manager also a female vice president they both didn't take any action on them.. Female vice president told me ignore them they are boys they will do such things about your body part been a woman she haven't take any action also.. After that i was on leave because i lost my dad so after came back to office Other manager mr shubhum salunke he make my life hell each and every day he taunts me.. Then i put resign on nov
Than on secret santa he gave me one abusing letter with toys So i show to my higher manager also they didn't take any action against him.. Then i decided to talk to hr i everything happening with me. Luckily she gave me early relieving so i can go from this worst organisation..
Humble request girls plz do not join this organisation ever. Specially 2 floor commercial department

Kindly take a action because there are many girls suffering for the same but can't raise there voice because of the financial issue... If they raise a voice they will torcher them and they had to leave the organization

I have very bad experience with kotak mahindra bank.
I had given an interview on 17/11/2022 and received mail for submitting all of my documents on 28/11/2022, I submitted on time, on 28/11/2022 after submitting all of my documents in office I asked them for joining date they told me to come on 08/12/2022 for joining, came on 08/12/2022 for joining then HR told me that today we don't have any joining, HR said me that we are giving you another day for joining and she sent me mail for joining on 15/12/2022, i came on 15/12/2022 for joining the HR Lavina said that today again we don't have joining I'll send you mail for joining on another day, then i received a mail from HR on 18/12/2022 for joining on 26/12/2022 then went on 26/12/2022 for joining then she replied me that all of our trainers have gone for new year celebration so today we can't give you joining so joining has postponed for 02/01/2023 so please come on 02/01/2023 for joining.
And when I asked to HR Lavina will you give joining or i should go somewhere else for interview then she told me that no need to go anywhere I'll give you joining.
I wasted my approximate 2 months for joining in kotak mahindra bank.
