Worst service,cant even do simple work of name change properly,illiterate people

The bank tellers are so DISRESPECTFUL, they honestly respond to your enquiries as though you are disgusting and annoying them... They even go to the extended of literally ignoring you. The attitude is unnecessary and surely unpleasant.

Horrible service. I had to wait for almost 1.5 hours to deposit the money. Just one counter working.

They don't even a staff to open new account. They kept my documents for one month. Later returned to me stating " WE DON'T HAVE STAFF"

This branch is total crab. Staff are so lazy.Dont bother about customer. There is no minus star else I would have give them..

There is no atm here. Wrong location.

Worst bank ever..only 2 people working..zero management..somebody should tell them they are not doing a favour on customers..they get paid to do that
