Service is too much slow try to arrange one more counter for cash deposit people have to wait more than 1 hour in Q only for cash deposit

Worst branch ever in icici bank.. All staff are dumb.. They can change your communication address as per their need
Even a cash deposit is a big task there.
Will prefer SBI over icici by considering this branch.

had a very bad experience of employees giving false commitment wasting the valuable time & processing fees.A worst service i will never recommend this bank to anyone.Hence, the staff are useless

In this branch service is excellent all staff is very good and helpful most of the time I use cash counter so the Cashier shraddha is so helpful and kind

They had not support me for my housing loan foreclosure query, they send me virar west branch premimum park

Very wrost service, every staff is too slow for customer help, security guard is rude to conversations with everyone, all staff wants to only gold loan etc, but actual bank work is missing in this branch.
