It's not at all good in providing service to their customers due to their huge customers base. Most of the time, it's too crowded and you would be kept waiting for turn to come.
If you have free time then you can definitely pass your time coming over here, as minimum 1 hour you would have to wait for any of you work in this branch.
Their staff is good, but they are too busy handling customers need that they hardly get chance to take rest.
So, it's not their fault.
