It visual from road side and cash availability is not good

People are not cooperative .They forced to do policy and make deal with you to do policy else they will not help you because their productivity hamper this is been frankly spoken by a lady employer while entering sitting face to face first desk .
Lesser in management handling .
Interactive session is very poor .
I have very bad experience people are not ready to print the passbook 12months printed wrongly and not ready to correct .
Asking people to move and not careful with the documents handling .
No clusion given by a employer she was lady .
They made us come every now and then for small work and not making aware of process .

This need to be escalated .
Very poor.

Dear sir I am ramesh mahato from adityapur near of nit collage. Sir Yesterday, when I was about to withdraw money from the ATM machine, the power of the ATM machine got cut and my money was not withdrawn. We talked to customer care, said money will be returned in 24 hours but the money was not returned. Dear sir please take action my problem.
