ICICI Bank Giridih-Branch & ATM

The ATM is nicely maintained by the branch and always has abundant money

There is a committee in our village which has 20 members. All are deposited on 500 by per month. We do not have any bank accounts. We are looking to open a joint account by the name of the committee .We want to open an account in your bank.

There is no working contact number in website of this branch. The number are displaying in website is not working. No latest update about this branch so we are facing too much problems to contact this branch

Very bad service by bank staff and branch managee. Branch manager and staff doesn't have manners on how to speak to customers. He (Mr.Praveen) feels proud to be a bank manager and provides worst banking services and use abusive language on phone calls. I have all call recordings as a proof. Did not have any provision to upload audio or else I would have uploaded the recording here.

Worst Branch for any banking need. Arrogant branch Manager Praveen Kumar. You go with any complaint or problem to the branch, branch manager and the employee santosh pandit will ask you to close your account. They will force to deposit money and ask for bribe if you go for adhar update in this branch. I think they should close this branch, if they can't work and talk in profesional manner.

Worst service went there for account opening told him the detail of organisational policy and requested for salary account but person abruptly responded that we cant open any account if u dont have checkbook from other bank means no one can open complete new account at icici giridih

I want to do KYC of online a/c it is possible in your bank because I m in trouble 2 months
