Mosaboni Ka first ATM bank SBI ATM

The Bank is good but due to some of the staff it looses it brand value. These employees should learn how to treat a customer which is a basic decency. It took 9 days for my cheque to get cleared which was of the SBI bank. More than half of the time their Aadhar machine does not work and then they blame you that why KYC was not done before.

Old/Poor people come all the way from there villages to either deposit or take out their hard earned money but they keep you wait or make unnecessary excuses by making multiple changes in the deposit form rather than helping them out. Keeping these old uneducated staff in the bank, SBi should replace the staff with youths who are passionate and dedicated to their work and get the job done quickly.

I visited the ATM on 22.11.2017. There are two ATM machines installed in a cabin here.

Bakwas nahi hai

There are 2 ATM installed inside the cabin.
Behaviour of the gate man is quite good...!!
But cabin should be more clean.
