Worst baking services by mall road branch Shimla . Applied for current account on 26 march and after 1 month we haven’t received any , Net banking details , staff salary account any supporting from bank people , when we try to call call center for support they are giving different no to contact with .
We ware interacting with Tamna she is not answering any call from our end now. As if now we don’t know status of anything weather this account is working or no , any one will assist on this ,
This apply to all who are going with these unprofessional people .As they don’t have full information about their product as well as we ware not informed about installation charges for payment gateway.
