Very bad experience, my daughter was told that her savings account shall be opened with photocopy of pan card, but the concerned Mam today refused to do the same and also did not properly guide her . All other documents were complete. This is pure unprofessional attitude on part of the bank officials .

Staff doesn't give complete information in one go. Keeps returning you and ask for new documents every time you try to submit. Was such a harrassment. Have to make several trips to get things done. Highly disappointed! :(

Very disgusting! Staff here has no concern over the service they are rendering. You have to visit the branch 2-3 times to keep your work completed.

Extremely poor customer service. Visited 17-18 times still not get any solutions regarding my ATM issue. Totally frustrated with behavior non technical support.

Staff is arrogant and unhelpful. There is a difference between the information provided by their staff and the information which are uploaded on their official website.I suggest the audience to go with other private banks especially for forex cards.

I dont know what kind of staff they have. They do not give you full information in one go. You need to visit them several times just to get one task done. I assume staff isnt trained well and they have lack of information so they just misguide customers because of which we need to visit them several times to correct their mistakes.

Hopeless service. I made a request to transfer my PPF account from this branch to SBI Sector 29 Gurgaon (branch code 61199). They transferred my account to SBI Koperkharane Navi Mumbai ( branch code 6199). My daughter made a request to transfer her PPF account to Sector 29 Gurgaon (branch code 61199). They transferred her account to SBI Orissa ( branch code 6119). They repetitively make same mistakes. And then do not bother to address grievances.
