This bank as other bank is no special.

Bt the assistants that offer advice on mutual funds and other investments are not at all educated. They mislead their customers , nd make their customers a fool. Well guess they just care for their own commissions.

Bt for a normal ordinary person the bank is good.

Fine as expected

Poor banking experience. Today when I reach to deposit cash in my company's a/c . I have to face more then an hour wail in spite of just only 5-6 customers were standing above me. After waiting more then half hour in quie. Teller said me to stand in side quite. And said another half hour. Their teller staff were totally unprofessional. Even they don't know how to talk with customers

We stood at the entry gate for 20 minutes because the bank staff were busy in a meeting. One of the employees spoke rudely with us when we asked if its going to take longer. He said you can visit another branch if you have a problem. We shared feedback with the branch manager Mr. Amit Gupta who acted swiftly. I hope these banks and branches understand that it's all about customer service which makes or breaks their reputation.
