This review is for the Branch office as I am not getting it in google, I m sharing my experience here...Worst of the worst bank. Zero etiquettes not a single employee is customer friendly. No manners to talk with customers. I went there for opening a FD Account and I experienced the worst treatment. Arey, I am investing my money on your bank at least you should have the courtesy to talk with your investor properly. SBI as expected the worst.

SBI Beltola Branch employees are mannerless.They don't to how to talk to their customers.I recently went to the branch for opening a new account and the way they treated me was unacceptable.

My only suggestion learn some manners.!!!!

The employees in the branch seem to be still in 19th century. They are rude and senseless. Regional office of Guwahati needs to replace the staff of branch and should send them on transfer to Delhi or Maharashtra so that they see the world outside Assam and learn something.

Grievience redressal is poor .Don't have expertise to fix customers' issue
