HDFC Bank ATM

HDFC Bhangagarh branch was a good branch couple of years back. Now a days it has become horrible. I have been banking with them for 6 years now. They have become corrupt in their day to day process. A pre approved loan application took more than a month to get sanctioned . Also, they have no knowledge of day to day operations and documentation requirements. I wanted to enable my third party transaction rights, which did not happen as they could not tell me the proper documents required for the same. Still now I am harassed. it seemed to me that I am at a government office running from pillar to post. The Bank has overall become hopeless. It will shut down soon with such employees.

The ATM is situated in one of the busiest place of Guwahati.

Very poor service. Went to open salaried account in ABC Guwahati branch, after waiting 10 minute executive told me they done have kit. I don't aspect this from HDFC Bank.
