worst experience...The Branch Manager is so pathetic, She doesnt know how to speak with customers and has worst work ethics....she doeant deserve to be a banker at all....

One of the most useless branch of ICICI bank in Guwahati. Most of the time no one is available as cashier and the other staffs are too reluctant to do any kind of work. Please ignore this branch for any kind of banking activity

I have drop a cheque for transfer on Thursday evening around 5 pm where the cheque belongs to A. T. ROAD Branch,Guwahati. Till Friday 6.30 pm the amount is not transferred to my account. I have visited my branch today and they said it has gone out for clearing. I don't know how much more time need to clear a local cheque of same bank like ICICI.

I don't know anything about the branch but theATM provide us good facilities. anytime available cash

The staff is very unprofessional. They need more training especially PR related. Best wishes to them but with the present staff this bank is losing its credentials. HDFC and SBI has provided me with much better services.

It's not possible to give zero otherwise it deserves 0/5.Staff and branch both are totally useless who can't even deposit money.Never saw an ICICI bank branch this bad.Staff here directly asked me toh go to other branches,maybe even he knows that they are completely useless.If they keep redirecting customers to other branches,then in my opinion,their salary must also be redirected to staffs of other branches.
If you are planning to go to this branch,your work won't be done,so better go to other branch.

Go to any other branch but never visit this branch. The staff is ridiculously slow and arrogant. They behave like they're the president of the country. 😑😑
