I go every month to pay off my mom's Dwakra Group loans. It is highly active on Mondays. There'll be large queues and is very difficult to get things done. It is highly recommended to visit this bank on the rest of the week. There's a sloth bear, a bit old and grumpy officer in this bank who keeps on getting irritated and irritating the people. There's an ATM right at the entrance but I have never ever been able to withdraw money from this atm in my life. And I don't know if that's a strategy to get people inside the bank and make them withdraw money by filling forms. But if that's the case then I must appreciate them for that wonderful strategic planning and thinking. Except for that everything is good about this Bank.
