Very bad experience third class nursing home

Irresponsible,lazy staff.service is very bad.rude behavior of staff specially Mr suvasis Mukherjee babu.never cooperate with you.
I will never recommend any one to go there.

It's very dirty. The hospital tied up with Doctors for visit only. Entertains cash payments though they have digital payment stickers.
It has administrative office but seems no officer. Staffs loves gossiping. Nurses are harsh in talking.
The feedback can be taken as gaps and should work upon it.

I take dialysis in hardik. I can say their dialysis service is really good. The technician is really competent and caring. Office staffs are also good. The owner himself keeps an eye on everything. They accept ESIC WBHS and other insurances.
But the nursing home suffers from lack of spaces and it needs to be a little neat and clean.

I have admitted my wife here on 02 August 2021 and have experienced excellent administration with well behaved and trained staff here.......... I am a health worker and I never experienced this kind of management. Again I thanking to all staff and management team and security guard, clening staff and female attendent (AYA)for offering this kind of healthy environment here. Thanks to all 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Have almost all facilities in this hospital but the entrance & exit needs more easy-to-use.
